Great Shoes. These will improve your comfort, form and help you make gains in your squat and dead lift. I have been doing Squats 3 times a week for the past 12 months in regular Nike Cross training shoes and I was starting to have pain in my ankles, sides of my knees and lower back so I really paid attention to my form.
