  1. Shoes are small by at least a size I've come to the conclusion that a Men's Asics shoe size (at least for the smaller sizes) is really a Woman's shoe size. I normally buy a man's size 5.5 (E) dress shoe when I can find them, however I buy a woman's 7 (4E) sneaker because they're almost impossible to find in a man's size. This advertised "man's wide wrestling shoe" is a 6.5 (W) which is a snug fit in length and width. To be completely honest about the sizing, you should probably try on ASICS wrestling shoes at a local sporting store to find your size, then order online. I needed a half size bigger than what I wear in my running and street shoes. Overall, they are really good wrestling shoes.
