My feet are a bit like tamales, they’re beautiful yet chunky As many suggested, the shoe sizes are slightly smaller than expected. For example, I am a size 8 in women’s shoes (7.5 if I’m lucky) and out of sheer doubt, I purchased a size 8.5. I normally don’t wear this size but nevertheless when the shoes arrived they fit fairly well. My feet are a bit like tamales, they’re beautiful yet chunky. So the shoes are slightly tight, but not to the point where they’re unbearable.

Get the right size!!! Its a great shoe! Once you get past the fact that this shoe runs really small and order the appropriate size, its an awesome shoe.

Probably top 5 in 11 years of running I’ve been running longer distances – just finished a half marathon and now continuing training for a full marathon – and as much as I love the New Balance Minimus line (they don’t make my favorites anymore, the WR20 and WR00), I needed more cushion for those long runs (10+ miles). I had been using my Altra Intuition 3s, which are zero-drop. This NB shoe is 4mm drop which is about as much as I can tolerate. I took them for a 6-mile run and felt great. They are light, not quite the glove-like fit…
